I have the same problem, and dropping the Dock does not help, I have had this problem 3 times this makes the 4th time. I have contacted webkinzsupport before, what they said to do, I had already done it, did not help, so I collect 2 and I mean only 2 flowers a day. WOW. GOOD LUCK. I don’t think they know how to fix it.

Something I’ve noticed with the flowers on my account: if friends send a flower sometime after midnight KinzTime, but before I log into my account and open the flower collection, I don’t receive the daily free flowers. It seems the free flower has to be the first one awarded to your collection each day. Is this just me? Or does this happen to everyone? Is it a glitch, or is there some reason this happens? I try to get on early to avoid issues, but it happens at least once every collection event.

Make sure that you lower your dock. I couldn’t collect from one of the other things, and that was why. The dock was in the way and it wouldn’t let me ask people for whatever it was we were collecting.
