Just started the second round of the collection on my main account and into the “L’s” on my friend list. I think that I will need to weed out my list before the next collection event because at this pace, I get to some friends only twice in the month. I have a lot of good friends at the end of the alphabet! Hang on guys, I’m heading your way in about a week!

Is anyone else having problems receiving marshmallows? There are 12 of us that are cousins that play Webkinz. We never have a problem getting the maximum marshmallows everyday. Now we are only getting 2-4 a day including the free one.

Can you click on the basket on your WW map and open the collection activity at all? Which browser are you using? I know that the WW staff sometimes says that it matters for some activities. I know the staff has also said before that if your active pet is too tall, it may make it difficult to access the collection event icon. I hope that at least one of these suggestions help or that Sally Webkinz can reply, because she seems to be the go-to staff member for WKN tech support. Good luck! ;-)

The flamingo inflatable is showing up on the prize meter at the 20 mark in-game so I am going by that.
