Haven’t collected many marshmallows because my friends aren’t active or they’re being stingy lol

I think there is a bug in the program that affects what happens if you receive 2 marshmallows before you open up the collection icon. It doesn’t seem to matter if it’s from 2 friends or 1 from a friend and 1 from Webkinz Newz. But those 2 keep you from getting your 2 Free marshmallows. That has been my experience.

Thank you! I did get the floating one on newz before I clicked on the icon. I am deluxe member, but I still did not get even one. I did get one on my granddaughter’s account and she is a regular member. Thanks for answering.

@EkG yes the rug rotates 4 different colors , pink, blue, putplr, and green. It’s also a nice rug not tiny. :)

@CountryChrissy hey there Steve has posted a reply under the Starlight bed article. They are aware of the issue with PAN boxes not opening and it may not be fixed until next maintainence.

If not Deluxe you would only get the one. Be sure to click the collection icon before you collect the one on newz.

@bamboo211 did you get the floating one on newz before you clicked on the collection icon? If so that counts as one of your two free. One for clicking the collection icon, extra one for being Deluxe, and Newz would be the third.

@EgK it looks like the rug might be one that when you rotate it it will change colors :)
