Hi, ivysmom–one thing I learned was to make sure you go to the map and click on the collection icon BEFORE you open any messages. I don’t know why, but if you check your messages first, you don’t get the free ones…at least, that’s what’s been happening to me. Some players find that hiding their dock when they open the Kinzville Map helps. Might try those and see if it helps.

I have finished the first one but it won’t let me do it again. My dock is down,my cashe is empty, my browser is current.
