i think if you get one from webkinz news there is a chance you might not get your free ones. I am deluxe and the same thing happened to me

I am having problems with the Valentine Hearts challenge. I have requested hearts from my friend list and have received only one. I have restarted and the results are the same. I enjoy the game and look forward to the prizes, Also, I have deleted the program and reinstalled it and the results are the same. Is there any help for me?
