Question: Is the pile of snow in the picture an older version of the Ski Mogul (the board sticking out of a pile of snow) that we get from the snowflakes? I’d love to see the real names for the prizes listed–especially before you get one of each, it’s tough to know where to look for it–is it “Purple Goggles,” “Ski Goggles,” or “Academy Ski Team Goggles”? It ended up as “Ski Team Goggles,” but any of the options were possible.

I am so disappointed. I am deluxe and have only found maybe 5 snowflakes. I have closed the app and reloaded it. I stay on for hours to find them since Winterfest is my favorite but nothing I do has given me any snowflakes. My average is 1 a day. I hope you extend Winterfest please. Also the Webkinz Stadium has not been working since New Year Day.

@granma, I have 2 acct.s – same. I have one acct. had since 2012, I think, and it never works, in multiple areas. Never. My beach home account. I have resigned myself, to the strange quirks over the years. Each of my accounts works differently – every time I play. Go figure. Imitating the randomness of real life. It IS aggravating in a controlled game. Hope yours works out. Did you restart cold ? That’s the only thing that works for me. I perform it each time webkinz makes overarching changes, ie… new month; NEW YEAR; new clothing line; etc etc. Don’t for get after maintenance. I have restarted several times as a matter of course, over the last several days; and I am experiencing few glitches, including the one others are having with SPREE.

Have you tried going to the arcade and then going back to your room. Sometimes it seems like they appear for me after I do that.
