No you have deluxe membership acknowledgement.  No response to half dozen e-mails sent to customer support.  Just charge listed on listed credit card.</description>

		<description>Hello Steve_Webkinz.  I tried emailing the Ganz estore Customer Service Team to assist me.  Each year the same pet arrives in my mail.  I was previously told that the pet code was new but that it was under the same original Deluxe Membership purchase.  Each year, I am hopeful, open the pet and it&#039;s the one from years ago.  Each year, I email customer service and a new code is sent to me.  This year, I was told that I would not receive the new pet with a new Deluxe Membership.  I have emailed 3 times and no response.  I have been a member since 2008.  I need some help please.  Thank you in advance. Then you get a code that is entered in your eStore account whenever you want to renew, and you don&#039;t have to cancel anything.  I&#039;ve done this for a decade! Can Ganz please fix the first six super deluxe items that were broken in 2015 when Webkinz X was introduced? 		<description>@Sally - Thank you so much, Sally. I just checked and saw that the Deluxe Celebration Slide arrived in my Dock! Thank you for letting me know. I do wish the item would show up in the Dock area that says &quot;New&quot;. I scrolled past the slide several times before I realized it was there. From comments I have read here and in the Forum, our docks can be so full of items that we often miss seeing the item while looking for it. We NEED Tabs or a Search Bar for looking up items in our docks or rooms. Since there are many items we can not &quot;trade/send/sell&quot;, our docks are vastly crowded with things we can&#039;t find or can&#039;t get rid of, other than calling Ganz and asking the items be removed. It would be SO much easier if we could trade/send/sell ALL Webkinz items. These are just virtual items. We can&#039;t hold or touch them. Why can&#039;t we do what we want with the items we have spent real money on? Forgive me for being frustrated about this issue. I know I am not alone in thinking about this. Please consider updating this issue to make it easier on all players. Thank you for all you do. I truly appreciate you for putting up with me. :-)</description>
