It shouldn't look like part of a guest room. I just wish it was a bit longer...maybe 4 chairs wide. I like that the little flower vase picks up some of the stripe color. Just enough. Really excited for the different wallpapers based on room size (the entrance is awesome!). I do agree with other comments that the purple does not belong.
