How do I get hold of customer service. Emails don’t get answered.I paid the 2000 to skip adventure 6 when it would not let me click on the last 2 camels..so I didn’t get my weather station. NOW I am on level 7 looking for the stars but there is nothing in the rooms to dig!!!! Help!! What is going on? Is anyone else having problems with these adventures. All went well until adventure 6 clicking on the camels. Webkinz can you help?

Thank you for replying. I have emailed customer service 3 days in a row and unfortunately, I have not heard from them. Is there another way to get in touch with them. How will I get credit for completing this last level if I don’t hear from them?

Sally Webkinz, I just completed level 8 of the Adventure Park Challenge. I cannot not find the Royal Crystal Statue in my dock. When I go to furniture my dock the words are there, but there is no statue. I have written to support at webkinzsupport@ganz.com 3 days in a row. I sent a picture to support to show them. Time is running out to complete the adventure by putting the statue in my can you help me.

Has anyone started doing the Deep Water Dilemma pack on adventure park? I just started it the other day and im on the fourth part. I have dug all i can in that room and havent found the key.

I completed the challenge for the crystal treasure chest but I cannot find it in my dock.

The same thing happened to me. The only difference was the game froze after I completed the last request and when I signed back in there there was no statue and I was no longer allowed to enter , play or find the quest. I wonder how many others are also encountering similar issues.
