She is supposed to be there all day everyday. Sometimes you have to wait awhile for the room and all the pets to completely load. Be patient, and clear your browser if you still have trouble.

hey deedee26pet, I was also having a problem with ms. birdy. if you wait a bit, sometimes she comes but most of the times I had logged out and back in again until she came. I hope this helps!

hi pixydustss. my friend has had the same problem that she couldn’t see ms. birdy. but when i came in to help, all she had to was wait to see ms. birdy. hope this helps! Hamsterlmk
