i purchased a year of deluxe but have not gotten anything. I have contacted webkinz 4 times but they won’t respond. guess its time to call my bank….

Nothing is automatic. You may receive an email with the code, but it should otherwise be available in your order history in your Ganz eStore account.

Is the Dwarf Antelope supposed to be automatically added to your account or do you have to claim it somehow? Both accounts I bought deluxe for didn’t receive the antelope but got the points.

You are so very welcome! I’m excited that you are actually getting one! It’s PSI is amazing! I’m due to renew in December, I think, so if I do, I’ll get one too. I will be looking for “Faun” in the clubhouse!
