Yeah. I just looked it up to be sure. Nothing indicates ganz has fixed this, or that they even care about what those of us who only have access through chromebooks will do after December. I have 16 accounts, I give up a lot to maintain a couple of them as Deluxe, I’ve been an avid and devoted player for nearly the entire run of the game (over 13 year)….I have a *LOT* invested in the game, financially and emotionally. I’m also on a very tightly restricted income; I have this chromebook because it was given to me when my last laptop died and I was going to be unable to replace it and cut off from the world because of that. And it’s not like I have other ‘bad habits’ taking up my income, just webkinz and books, and I rely on both to fill my life, especially now. But to get to your question, the full, flash enabled game plays on chromebook now, not the app. I don’t have any way to access the app. (I think it miiight be possible on the chromebook, but I’ve never tried because I’m not sure of the logistics of being able to properly run and access both on the same device, if that makes sense?) Anyway, I also hope the developers at ganz are still considering and working on expanding the desktop for those of us stuck on chromebooks, but if they continue to ignore us, I am doomed. And yes, I’m scared, because it is now August and December is going to be here and done in a blink.

According to the one home screen, it looks like the mango gecko will soon be serving food at Daisy’s Diner, as they are sporting a wait-staff uniform and wearing a name tag that says, ‘Flo’. I wonder if the mango gecko will be as spunky and sassy as the waitress ‘Flo’ who worked at Mel’s Diner in the 70′s sitcom “Alice”. The waitress, Flo, had big orange hair so, given the color of this gecko, that makes it extra fitting.

Wow. I’m so sorry that is how it is for chromebook users. I didn’t know. That will definitely be something I consider now whenever we need to purchase future computer equipment. Do you play the full game on your chromebook, or is it just the mobile app? I have the mobile app on a cell phone, and I used to have access to it on a tablet but the tablet broke. The mobile app is so limited that I seldom play on it. If we could do collection events, complete challenges, and do all of the daily activities on mobile, that would help a lot. I hope that the Webkinz tech department is able to figure out how all of the players can fully participate, regardless of device, even after Flash is no longer supported. Praying for you!

I like the litter pick up idea and like a school drive. Maybe tie it into receiving items for the cookbooks to make holiday clothing and maybe some holidays items. Like a holiday cookbook :)
