I have been on Webkinz Classic for several hours the past 2 days and no snowflakes. I got one on the first day, and then they quit falling. Is there a problem?

i want to know why i dont get the gifts from the snowflakes thyat go by i may get 3 or 4 and when i go hit the other ones i dont get them and im getting sick of it you guys are always giving the people that have the deluxe package everything and us people that play for free dont get anything and thats not fair we use to be able to play alot of games but now we cant play if we dont have the deluxe package and i would like to know why that is its not right and not fair and cant afford the deluxe its unfair to everyone and i want to know why i can only get 3 or 4 gifts fron the snowflakes and the rest i click on them and get nothing

Actually, the easiest place for me to find them is in the Magic Forest. The area where you play with the pixie pods. They come every 6-7 minutes, so I tend to get bored waiting for the time to pass but they have been there pretty consistently for me.
