I have requested help on sending a gift account of Webkinz Classic to my Great-grandson in another state. I have had no response, and this was to be a Christmas gift. I tried doing this on my own and messed it up terribly, not to mention the money spent. A helping hand would be greatly appreciated!!

Two years late, but to anyone else wondering about this, KinzChat PLUS is restricted to users with a Full Membership (by adopting a pet; lasts for just a year after each pet), or a Deluxe Membership. Without either, the KinzChat PLUS checkbox on the aforementioned Parent’s Area page will be grayed out and unclickable.

Log in to your Ganz eStore account to check on your Deluxe membership options. If it doesn’t auto renew, you’ll need to purchase it manually.
