This has happened to me as well! It is very frustrating. I also have found that waiting for the icons to show up helps. If they’re not showing up, clicking one of the activities that take you to another page, like balloon darts, and going back sometimes will refresh the icons. I also always click the free food, if available, to see if the item will actually go to my dock before trying to get the prize.

Sally Webkinz, can you please tell me why I can put the Cozy Hayloft Hideaway (barn bed) outside, but not the Sequin Hayloft Hideaway (another barn bed)? They are both barns and I want to put them outside at my farm. I find it very frustrating that you are limiting what we can put outside on Next. Thank you.

One of my accounts also didn”t receive this awesome rug. It almost happened on another account, but I waited till the gift sign showed up before the description of the prize and then clicked. It worked this way – for future prizes. I’ll try to get in touch with Ganz

I clicked the arrow on the Today’s Activity List for the rug but it never added to my dock and the arrow is gone from the list, so I can’t try it again. Is there something that can be done to still get the rug? This happens a lot when I try to get the free food etc. from the Today’s Activities List and I’m not sure why.

@megamom12 – What a wonderful way to keep your grandma close to you! Both of my grandma’s, and my Mama, have been gone for a very long time. I may have to buy something from the WShop or eStore, to honor them. Maybe make a special room just for that? Thanks for the inspiration, megamom12! :-) Hugs to you!
