I tried quitting the app inbetween accounts, it still didn’t work. I had to login via a browser to get the gift boxes on other accounts. I hope this can get fixed in an update soon. Thank you for the cap & gown, I love the navy color to go with the school uniforms!

The cap and gown were inside a gift box – so they would not be in the clothing section of your dock – the gift box should be in the special items section. I hope you find it there. :-)
