The balls keep falling by the trees by the kinzville academy. It is difficult reach the ones deep in the trees. Why do they keep falling in the same hard to get to area?

Oh my! I felt like one of my strollers went missing, but I thought maybe it was in my imagination. I wonder if they could find mine. I ended up just buying a new one lol
