I didn’t receive my trophy for picnic twice now. Once on mobile- I got the error message, and once on desktop.

I also get the error message for the Picnic trophy and have been getting that same message for MONTHS. I have tried contacting customer support several times and get no response. :(

Sally Webkinz, if these glitches are fixed, how will we find out? I want to earn the trophies when it is possible again, but I don’t want to try every day for the same unfortunate result.

I completed the Polar Plunge easy level on mobile and never got a trophy. I have completed other tasks too and never got the trophy.

It’s broken for me, too. I’ve gotten 150+ about a dozen times. I can also only get the silver polar plunge trophy (no matter what difficulty I play), and I get one every time (and cannot sell it).

the Smoothie Moves trophy is broken, I’ve passed level 10 several times and it still doesn’t give me the trophy. I’m highly disappointed because I still haven’t had any response to my concerns regarding anything. It seems like I’m being constantly ignored whenever I bring any concerns up. :( :( :(

I’ve done it on hard level, I find it easier to get to 150 points faster, but just keep getting the same message

Smoothie moves trophy doesn’t work, completed level 10 and nothing. Picnic one also doesn’t work. Dogbeards gold is impossible to get, can’t see where you are jumping when the points get higher. Hatch the dragon is so difficult it’s impossible, Lilly pads is also impossible because you can’t see where you are jumping. Extremely disappointed.
