i have had this message all morning. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, clearing my cache, etc. and nothing is working. Now I can’t even install the app for some reason. I’m so glad I am not the only one….so frustrating!

It’s 1:53 EST and still nothing. I, too, have deleted the desktop app and reinstalled it. I know Webkinz is working on this, and hope it’s up soon!! I’m in withdrawals already!!

I have been looking online to see if webkinz was down or something, so I am relieved to see it is not just me XD It’s still doing it right now for me.

I’ve been experiencing the same problem this morning as well. Still can’t get into the desktop app.
