Auto-renew is on by default, so you would have to turn it off if you don't want to continue at the regular price.

Hi, I’m trying to buy a deluxe membership and it keeps saying there is an error and I am not eligible for it. I don’t understand because I am trying to buy it, so I feel like I should be eligible if I’m paying with a credit card.

There isn’t an official end date of yet, so it probably depends on how well it does. Sorry I don’t have a more specific answer.
