I agree. I’m happy to put up with the adds when I’m getting something for it like in the Free Prizes section or the Watch and Win Room, but then to have to have them every time I try to play a game or switch rooms as well is excessive. I also thought that when I became Deluxe I would no longer have this issue, only to find out that they are optional, but then I forfeit the free prizes as well. Somewhere on Webkinz Newz I came across a post that said because there were so many people watching the adds we would no longer get them when changing rooms or playing games. Guess we’re not watching enough adds anymore. It’s sad and frustrating.

My children have at least twice gotten an inappropriate ad for what I think is a game called Blade of Queen which even had a warning for MEN ONLY. That is irresponsible.

I agree with everything everyone is saying and sympathize with all. It’s just not as fun as it used to be to play here. I’m annoyed that as a deluxe member, I’m not excluded from these ads. If you’re going to ask us to pay money for deluxe benefits, this should be one of those benefits. My deluxe membership helps pay revenue. You got rid of Webkinz Friends to focus more on Webkinz World…maybe do a better job there and less people would be inclined to leave and more to join which in my mind, would significantly increase your revenue.

I do NOT like the ADS. They are one big pain. The ones at the beginning will not even let you put your name and pass word in. There is NO place to exit out of the thing. I am like the the others I am ready to stop playing for those ads take all the fun out of playing when it is soooo hard to get IN to play. Sorry but it is a pain and I am thinking – not worth it.

Actually Deluxe does reduce the amount of third party ads you see. I have two accounts, one deluxe and one regular, and the deluxe account has considerably less third party ads then the other one.

While I would love to support Webkinz, and I do turn off my ads for events, it’s impossible to play with ads on all the time. :( Maybe you could work on making ads not slow down the game so much? Otherwise it’s impossible to play. Or maybe, make it so if you pay for deluxe, then no ads. I might consider getting deluxe then.

While ads can be displayed for age 13 and under, I wonder how many kids care about a New York vacation or life insurance. These are the ads that run all the time to slow down my game playing.

I have a broadband internet, not real high speed. The streaming ads and videos take priority in loading. Like you, I could barely play with ads on.
