I doubt it is easy for Webkinz to fix this problem. I complained about this very problem several years ago but it is still an issue. I have reason to believe that it is more of a problem or a worse problem for those of us who created our accounts many years ago.

I have the same problem. I have over 75 tokens to add but it is so slow.

Do people not add the wish tokens as they get them? I have close to 100 and I’ve just added them to the wish machine as I obtain them. It usually doesn’t take but 2 seconds for me to add them, it never freezes on me or takes anywhere near 5 minutes.

Is there any way that it can be made easier to add tokens? It takes forever to load one, and many times I need to close out of the site in order to add another one. Is it just me?

I am very frustrated that I cannot get my Wish Tokens into the Wish Machine in a timely manner, then it goes into to “Please Wait” mode when I make a Wish. Is there a fit?

Ganz/Team Webkinz! Thank you for letting us (me!) get a few of the Yellow Plasma Balls, but….I REALLY wish you would bring back the other plasma balls that I didn’t get a chance to get! I have one green plasma ball from the Hamster game, I think. I might have a red one that someone gifted me, just can’t find which room I put it in! Ha! ;-) Couldn’t y’all create a challenge game where we could win the red, orange (I think), yellow, and even the Hamster green balls? The plasma ball is…was…one of my favorite items in the Wish Factory. On a side note here, I am hoping with all my heart that y’all will fix the Time Machine in the Token Prize collection, also the Log Ride that comes as a special prize in prize boxes. It’s a really cool prize, but doesn’t work! What good is it if it doesn’t work? :-/ PLEASE think about all the prizes that you still show us and talk about that original players were able to get….and most of us can’t! We want those items too! :-) pleasepleasepleasepleasepleaseplease! ;-)

I did a calculation on my accounts as well sunnyten10, I figured about it would take about 2 hours to turn in all my tokens. It’s really sad :(

I have 750 wish tokens and would love to use them but it takes over 5 minutes for the wish machine to accept each token and even longer to redeem them. I really WISH this problem could be resolved to so I could use my wish tokens.
