I collected all 12 candies but it won’t unlock to get my broomstick….really disappointed that so many halloween things were not fixed for Halloween….the haunted house doesn’t work and I am missing flooring and pumpkins

Only customer service can check your account. They would need to speak to you directly, so relaying a message wouldn't be helpful in this situation.

I have been on webkinz since 2007 on the same account and have close to 100 pets and I have never received a super bed box which I should have received several I have sent e-mails which has been a waste of time,perhaps you can relay the message thank you CMSROCKZ
