I’ve bought some e-store items and I discover they don’t work like the Santa Claus coming down the chimney and wallpapers, etc. Very disappointed . I’m not buying anymore items that say they do things unless they are fix.

I’m with the rest of the people my granddaughter never gets her raffle prizes and she is a deluxe member and never got her Halloween bag when I wrote customer service they just said oh well its funny how things they want you to buy in the e shop you don’t get. Her brother just laughs he gets his stuff and he’s not deluxe.

I am so excited. Thank you so much you have fixed the winter room fireplace. Now I can make my room and move things again. It was kinda hard with the fireplace gone.

Still not getting my Coral Cove gift box and I cleared my cache after this update posted. Just today I won a raffle but nothing comes up so I just leave the room so others can win. Is there something else I can do to claim them I have lost out on 8 or more and counting?

Ugh! That happens to me, too! I can understand if they want to be danseurs (if they ask for ballet tights), but the requests for dresses are irritating! Argh!
