I wish you would fix the Jumbleberry Blast Game. I can only reach Level 10. The game freezes my screen, and I do not get credit for my wins. I really like the game, but it is frustrating that it does not work.

I think that a year is more than enough time for Webkinz to have fixed all the items that went missing. I have said it before and I will say it yet again, fix the stuff we already earned and paid for. I love the new stuff, but not at the expense of not fixing all the problems that already existed. We have been more than patient. I think that everyone deserves to get some credit for Webkinz taking so long!

I agree. Webkinz is a business and they are trying to make us spend money on e points or become deluxe because that’s where they make their money. Very disappointing.

It’s been a looong time since webkinz world updated and being a deluxe member I’d love to have the items I paid for in my rooms. They are on your missing list. Can you please include them ASAP? They are the rocket drop ride, mountain mine cart ride, flying pet circus cannon, as well as super deluxe rollercoaster, magic mire marsh and the campkinz pool.

Sally, HELP! Since this last update, I have not received any Wackys Bingo Balls! What’s up with that? I play all of my Bingo balls every day. For the last several days, I try to play, but it tells me I have ‘zero’ Bingo balls to play. Can this be fixed? I hope so. Thanks for your time.

Hello everyone. I was just wondering if anyone else won the adventure park framed poster in the balloon darts? I did but it put the silky chic top in my dock instead, which was one of the last prizes. Webkinz can you please fix this as I would really like to get the A.P. framed poster. The last time this happened with the wheels in never did get corrected.
