		<description>Hi, I’m Charlotte and I am experiencing some issues with my E-store points. I had 12500 estore points but when I logged in last November, there was only 5000. I also did not get the yearly points I&#039;m meant to get with my deluxe membership purchase, and have not revived any monthly points since then. (I&#039;m deluxe.)  I would like this fixed as soon as possible as I was saving up or something special. I emailed Ganz about my problem but they said in order to further assist me I&#039;d have to call. However, They can&#039;t speak to anyone younger than 18, and my dad don&#039;t come home from work until after your support team&#039;s phone hours are over. So, I have not been able to revive the help about this I need. If there&#039;s any other way to solve this, I&#039;d love to know. Thank you for listening to my problems. 		<description>I appreciate you changing the blurring screen while changing pets / tasks etc... I do not like the need to scroll to the end of my entire pet selection multiple times (76 pets) in order to visit them daily. Thus far the &#039;solution&#039; from 7 or 8 pages on a grid to scroooooooooooooolling has been a literal pain in the wrist.</description>

		<description>When your dock stops try taking an item out and putting it in your room, then it should let you continue so that you can find the item that you are looking for. That is what I do all the time, as my dock never goes to the end without stopping (Guess I just have to much stuff). I do the same thing when I am in the W shop  I just go to sell, place an item there then remove it again (very careful not to push the sell button) then you will be able to go to the end of your dock. Hope this helps. :-)</description>
