I totally agree about the annoying chime! It’s driving me crazy & it slows down everything. Please get rid of that chime.

Sally Webkinz, since this update when my pet asks me to play a game in the arcade the clock does not stop/pause while I play. It keeps running and I must quit the game early or risk an unhappy pet. Aso when I go into random rooms everything is gone, no wallpaper or furniture. Some times the wallpaper and flooring are hanging in the air in a sort of V shape, like the two walls and the flooring is in the air also. I am also wondering when you will fix the cook a food request for the pets. They only thing that makes them happy is gunk or blech, such a waste of good food we must buy from the Wshop.

My secluded garden pool I got some time last year is still invisible. Also my 3 charms that glitched and completely disappeared when I tried to take them off my pet have not reappeared. They were feature code charms too, I spent money on them and the pool…… I was told you were looking in to it, but that was over 5 months ago. I know you are doing your best and rushing updates will cause a lot of problems, but could you plz look in to it soon and let me know if it is an easy fix :) thx… I really like the last few item fixes, mainly the items that just up and started showing movement when they haven’t moved since I started…. like the S’mores camp fire and a few others that I don’t know by name XD Keep up the good work, Hopefully My items will be on the next item update list :) Yes I am still hopeful after almost a whole year of asking for this. Also while you’re at it could you look in to my adventure park glitch… it is stuck on a daily quest for a game board flooring that I already have. It says I need one more rope piece from digging, but there are no more digging spots. It has been this way for months now, every update I think maybe it will fix, but it hasn’t…. It would be great if you could get in there and cancel the adventure since I already have the prize anyway. Thx SOOOO much ^-^

I am sorry to hear of things still not working . But if it helps at all atleast it’s better here than the 1st day of WEBKINZ X ;) . I on the ACADEMY got level 10 in 10 to 15 pets and never got a choise of gift . I wanted golden wings :( so we all seam to have a trouble. HERES ONE for the RECORD BOOK . My MAGIC MIRE has been STUCK for close to 4 YEARS !! It would not release the last Swirling Leaf Crown. Game said i needed the (soccer ball ) but each time I got the soccerball it said I already had it. WEBKINZ AMANDA in customerservice is an ANGEL she released the crown and more important took the time to help !!! 4 YEARS is a long long time to wait . So I have faith !! My pet of this monthe is named WEBKINZ AMANDA in her honor SHE REALLY DID CARE !! So have faith it can and will happen .

I HAD THIS HAPPEN ! I had the FISH BOWL SWIM OUTFIT ON !!. Webkinz EMPTYED MY ROOM PET WAS STILL GONE . tHEY TOOK the clothing off PET WAS BACK !! Later I tried the same outfit on a pet and it DISAPEARED AGAIN. When I again removed the clothing (just that special outfit caused this) I restarted my laptop and the PET WAS BACK !!! Yes a QLITCH WITH THE SWIM BOWL SWIM SUIT for me . Maybe this info can help you . I DO HOPE YOU SEE THIS !! GL.

I agree with Natalie. None of my swimming pools work and as of today I cannot find the way to purchase and create news rooms. Is there a button to shut off the annoying chime every time you do something that makes the pet heart fill? Frustrated.
