Lucky Charms ad won’t let me in also. It takes up most of the screen!!! Once in a while I can beat it but very hard! Uggg!!!! I’ve been missing out on the fall leaves since yesterday!!! :( I wish they would just get rid of the ad!

I’ve been to the park now 6 or 7 times all different parks and no mayor, is there a special time of the day or a problem with webkinz??

Is anyone else having problems with their account since this update? My navigation arrows of my dock are now covered up by Things to Do on the right & the pet heart on the left. So I can no longer see or access anything in my dock except the first 7 or 8 items. I emailed customer service & they said the problem is with my computer. Actually, the problem is with my account, it doesn’t matter which computer I try to play on, the same problem occurs. Is anyone else experiencing this kind of difficulty?

Hi Hollylop, the new white board is considered a decoration, it goes on the wall of your room like a poster or window. I bet it’s in the decorations section of your dock.
