Hoo-hoo Kinzville! It’s me, your mayor—Dr. Quincy Quack! It’s our first update for 2018 and I’m here again to tell you all about what’s new in Webkinz World today! Let get started, shall we?
- The first half of the 2018 Winter Clothing Line has arrived in the KinzStyle Outlet! Get the latest in warm and wonderful winter fashions for your pets! The second half of the Winter Clothing Line will be arriving on February 14th. This also means that the 2017 Summer Clothing Line has officially been retired from the KinzStyle Outlet.
- Watch for the Home Before Dark Trophy Challenge, running from Monday, January 22nd until Friday, January 26th! If you complete all of the tasks during that time, you’ll be awarded with a Home Before Dark Trophy!
- A new Valentine’s Collection Event arrives on February 1st! Visit the Map of Kinzville each day during the month of February to collect Valentines from your friends and earn some lovely prizes along the way!
- Cinnamon the hamster returns to the Kinzville Park in February! Get a preview starting on February 1st. You can collect a whole new set of chocolates from her from February 7th until February 14th. Once you collect all 6 chocolates, you’ll win a Sweetheart Bookshelf! If you miss out on any chocolates, you’ll still be able to pick them up for eStore Points until February 28th.
- Deluxe Members also have their own monthly challenge starting on February 1st! Once they complete all of the tasks, they’ll win a Heartfelt Piano!
- Speaking of Deluxe, our next Deluxe Day arrives on Saturday, January 27th! On that day, Deluxe Members can visit Today’s Activities to get a special prize: a Modern Stone Fireplace! The Deluxe Day for February arrives on Sunday, February 11th, when Deluxe Members can get a Snowy Cabin!
- Deluxe Members also receive a monthly gift box containing their choice of an item from the NEW Cozy Condo room theme, along with a special piece of clothing that can’t be found anywhere else! February’s Deluxe clothing item is a Lovely Toque!
- Do you and your pets really LOVE Valentine’s Day? Visit the WShop and pick up one of our Valentine’s Day Party Packs! They’re only available starting on February 1st for a limited time!
- If you love spinning wheels and winning, you’ll be excited to learn that we’ve once again updated the prizes on the Wheel of Wow for web and mobile, along with the Wheel of Deluxe!

Has anyone noticed that the farm fresh food is now filling your pet up the way it use to? Or did I miss a newz letter? Lol!
Why did this article not mention the removal of the Game Room in the Clubhouse, or how Fairy Falls is now for deluxe members only?
Fairy Falls hasn’t been deluxe since it was first introduced and all the sudden they changed it.
why do the bathtubs and sinks not give out family score points anymore?
Bathtubs and sinks still give family points, but now you have to “do something” while washing or bathing your pet. When they’re in the tub, just click on the shower, or the soap, then X out. When at the sink turn on the water, then X out. I’ve been getting my family score points that way. It doesn’t take any more time than it used too, but it’s a slightly different routine. Hope that helps you. :-)
So, I guess we’ll have to wait for more ‘Days of Play’ on the calendar for Fairy Falls! That’s awesome! I’ve been hoarding my plays because I recall reading somewhere that the ‘all-access’ to Fairy Falls was only a temporary gift to all users. I ALMOST had my final Zum collected. Zorb Zum is the finally Tricky I need. Thanks for letting me catch so many till now. I just wish I could trade my Pachinko Pods for free visits. I do not like Pixie Pod Pachinko.
I don’t know about anyone else, but since the update yesterday on both my and my husband’s account, it is nearly impossible to get anything done in Webkinz because of incredible lag, screen freeze, pausing, hesitation, some of which happened to my husband this morning in his pet’s garden and sat well over 2 full minutes and got 20 different messages that this crop couldn’t be harvested even though he hadn’t tried to harvest anything and got the “please wait message” that last WELL over 5 minutes and this, I will note, was after the cache, the history and everything was cleaned out and our ads have been off to everything EXCEPT Webkinz for ages!
Go into the arcade and stay there until the please wait quits. The lag is caused from your friends list synching.
Trouble here also, clicked on my marshmallow plant, got the marshmallow but the plant disappeared, not in the dock anywhere, IT IS GONE, not happy.
2nd day and still no plant back in room or dock

This all sounds great, obviously I’m going to add another Valentine’s room. My favorite item is the Snowy Cabin, I was just wishing I could make it snow on my cabins & here it is! Awesome.
I have a question. Are we going to get to vote for a new mayor in 2018? Since there were votes in 2014 and 2016 it seems like mayor of kinzville is a two year position.
Why is the Fairy Falls in the Magical Forest all of a sudden only for Deluxe members? My friend & I can no longer play :-’(
I was hoping the update would be about ALL the items still not working. What a waste of money for a lot of us. So much for a lot of our animated items. If the sushi bar turns then why doesn’t the salad bar. It the same design. Should we even look forward to any more items to be fixed?

I do not know what I did but it must have been Bad for you all are really making it hard for me to do Webkinz :( :( First I have to go in and out a lot because it keeps freezing up on me all the time and now you have taken THREE out of the Four in Magical Forest away from me. :( :(
