I think we can pretty much forget about anything being fixed. I have been sending messages to anyone who will listen and no one seems to care enough to let us know what’s happening. No update list since 5/2018.

Are you collecting them on mobile or the .com version of the game? Some the ones I grabbed on mobile gave me an error code message instead of a pet medallion. Good luck!

Hey Ganz, I wasn’t sure who to contact or where, but in Webkinz World on the Polar Plunge arcade game I have been having problems. I don’t know if I am the only one having the problems but I assumed after the new update it would be fixed but I still am experimenting the same problems. Number one: every time I beat my highest score it is not showing on the panel where it says “your highest score”. I have gotten over 20,000 points and its yet to update. Also on the hard slope when I finally crossed the finish line I wasn’t awarded the gold trophy like it says in the instructions. I have gotten the bronze for the easy, and silver for the medium, but not a gold one. Please take this in for consideration because it may be a technical issue with the game. Is anyone else having this problem with it?
