I loved the Logout Carnival (even though the 1st game never made any sense). What does “streamlining the logout process” mean? It’s been fine for years. I hope it’s brought back or something equally fun takes the place.

They thankfully got back to it after this, but the first ticket I sent was at the beginning of January. I put in another one after about 2-3 weeks, which is the one I believe they got back to.

I checked with Customer Service and they have a ticket from February 21. They are a bit behind at the moment, but they should get to you soon. What email address did you use when you emailed directly?

So, I’ve been trying to get in touch with customer support for a few in-game issues I’ve been having, to which I’ve received zero responses. I’ve left tickets, emailed customer support directly, and even DM’ed them on twitter – nothing. Can anyone help me? I’m on the verge of cancelling my Deluxe Membership because to hear nothing back after a month of trying to get in contact is incredibly frustrating.

They have said that the Wacky Logout has been retired as a logout,but they are streamlining the logout process. They also said that they are hoping to bring it back as individual activities, so maybe we will see it included in the daily activities. (One day balloon pop, another day Wacky Launch, another – Wacky Pinata) So, we may not lose it entirely. It seems most of us really do enjoy the games, particularly the darts because of the prize pool and chance to win a Wish token.
