Hi everyone! I’m thrilled to tell you about all of the new things we have happening in Kinzville over the next few weeks! Let’s take a look!
- My next Player Appreciation Day is on Saturday, June 15th! Log in to your Webkinz account on either web or mobile to receive this month’s prize: a Graduation Outfit Gift Box containing a Navy Graduation Cap and Gown! Your pet will look exceptionally educated!
- Some NEW prizes have arrived at Jumbleberry Fields! Watch Webkinz Newz tomorrow for the official announcement. To make room for these sweet new prizes, we also made a few retirements. See that earlier announcement here.
- Speaking of berries, our 2019 Berry Fest returns on Monday, June 17th, and runs until Friday, June 28th! Collect berries all around Webkinz World and feed them to your pet to win some sweet NEW and returning prizes!
- A NEW Tile Towers Trophy Challenge runs from Monday, June 10th until Sunday, June 16th! Complete all of the tasks in that time and you’ll win some Pyramid Wallpaper, along with the NEW Tile Towers Trophy!
- Summer in Webkinz World officially kicks off on Friday, June 28th with our Summer Sensation celebration! Log in to your Webkinz account on that day (on either web or mobile) to receive this year’s prize: a Summer Swan Bench! There will also be a spin of the Super Wheel on Today’s Activities schedule!
- Still need to get ready for summer? Our Beach Party Room Pack and our Summer Fun House Party Pack have returned to the WShop! Host a party for your friends in your house or rent a party room! Our spring party packs have now been retired for the season.

Please help!!! Thanks in advance! In one of my challenges it requires me to play a game of checkers in the tournament place. I have done this multiple times and it keeps not recognizing that I did it. It was doing that with a couple of my challenges but they got fixed during the maintenance except for this one. I have played it multiple times and even tried using the desktop app instead of the website and it still does the same thing. Thanks again.

Just curious- is it a game against Raziel? I just did a challenge where I had to lose a game of checkers to him. I won quite a few games against him before I realized that I had to lose to complete the challenge!
When will the updates be done ? will this affect the days of play ?
Maintenance finished yesterday morning.
When I visit the webkinz homepage to sign in (I’m using a windows PC and chrome as a browser) it says ‘we’re making updates be back soon’ and will not let me sign in. This also occurs if I try to sign in on my laptop. I tried clearing browsing history, cache, cookies etc but that did not change anything. This morning due to the fact that I couldn’t sign in through a browser I ended up being forced to use the desktop app (which I hate doing because it hides the taskbar and cannot be minimised when required). Please fix this glitch so players can sign in normally again.
Try refreshing the browser a few times (F5 for a hard refresh)
Sometimes the page loads with a ‘login’ option without having to press F5 other times I have to press F5 multiple times to get a login button. It appears that it switches between allowing the player to login and declaring that the site is down at random intervals.

Sally Webkinz – Please Help!!! I’m having problems playing in the Desktop version since yesterday afternoon when I tried. I keep getting the message Webkinz is undergoing maintenance. Please retry later. I did retry later several times even today still getting the same message. I did as you mentioned earlier clearing the cache, refreshing and hitting F5 and did get in a couple of times. Now I am no longer able to get in getting the same message Webkinz is undergoing maintenance. Please retry later. I am no longer able to refresh when I right click on the Desktop version the refresh option is no longer there, I have tried hitting F5 and still not able to play. Do you have any other suggestions as to how I can play on the Desktop Version.
I would try uninstalling and then reinstalling the application.
I had to do this to get it to straighten up. Please fix. I do not want to have this every time there is an up date.
Sally Thanks for replying and the suggestion. It was not necessary for me to uninstall the application. The Technicians/Programmers in the meantime must been working and have corrected the problem. I have completed 15 accounts with out a problem. The Desktop Version is working perfectly. Thank you! :}
Looking forward to most of these events. LOVING that dresser – it’s gorgeous. It’s not likely I’ll be doing the July Deluxe Challenge as I do not care for the Pet Buddies (they just bob up and down beside your pet and seem, to me, to always be in the way without serving any real purpose).

Webkinz World is back up. Try refreshing your browser a few times. You may need to clear your cache.
I can’t get in to Webkinz – it says Nuts and Bolts are updating. Be back soon. This has been on all day. I have signed out of Google Chrome and back in, my cache is cleared. How do I refresh?? Help
Try hitting F5 on your keyboard.
I did all that and even restarted the computer, sometimes I still have to refresh the browser when I switch accounts. BTW, the stand-alone Windows app is still stuck on “maintenance.”
Please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
I’ve refreshed repeatedly, and cleared my cache (also repeatedly) and I am still getting this offline edition of the login page. If I go back a page or two, I can get a version with Play, and I have been doing that between refreshes and clearing, but I’m in the middle of the 8pm event, not even halfway through all my accounts, and fast running out of pages to back track for this.
What browser are you using? Have you tried a different one?
ive had the same issue through chrome atleast and from my understanding chrome is the browser you recommend to use when playing webkinz
It sure is. But sometimes it helps to switch things up.
