Hi everyone! I’m thrilled to tell you about all of the new things we have happening in Kinzville over the next few weeks! Let’s take a look!
- Zingoz Pop has a NEW look! We’ve updated the game in the arcade to work even better than before. You’ll now also be able to win a BONUS Silver Zingoz Pop Trophy when you play. This new version will also be available soon as a standalone app in the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store, AND it will be added to the Webkinz mobile app after our next app update. Check back with Webkinz Newz this Sunday, July 7th, to learn more!
- My next Player Appreciation Day is on Monday, July 15th! Log in to your Webkinz account on either web or mobile to receive this month’s prize: a Beanstalk Birthday Quest! Get ready to head back to the Adventure Park!
- PJ Collie has updated the KinzStyle Outlet with the 2019 Summer Clothing Line! This summer, you’ll be able to outfit your pet in the latest neat neon fashions! You’ll also find these cool new clothes in the WShop on the Webkinz mobile app! To make room for the new stock, PJ has w retired the 2019 Winter Clothing Line.
- We’ve added 6 NEW prizes to the SPREE Mall! You can check out what’s new in our earlier sneak peek Newz story here. To make room for the new prizes, the Dogbeard’s Bathtub Battle Arcade Unit has now been retired.
- UPDATE: The Pet Medallion 5 Pack has been fixed. You can now open it by dragging it into your pet’s room.
- A NEW Triple Strike Solitaire Trophy Challenge runs from Monday, July 8th until Sunday, July 14th! Complete all of the tasks in that time and you’ll win a Card Suit Coffee Table, along with the NEW Triple Strike Solitaire Trophy!
- I’m holding another Meet the Mayor event in the Kinzville Park, from Monday, July 22nd, until Sunday, July 28th! Come meet me there and I will be gladly giving away a daily gift box containing some great NEW greeting gifts! Hope to see you all there!

I try not to complain because I’m so very very thankful for WW and it’s a big part of my daily “retired” life, but I do have to say I don’t like the Zingoz Pop game now since it was changed. Pretty colors but works funny now. And no trophy for me I can see that. Any chance you can change it back?
just read on an older post orig version still in tournament area. I just got in and played a most enjoyable game. Please keep the old version in there for us who like the old and the people who like the new can play in the games area. Thanks.
Just played Zingoz Pop on tournament and the new version in the games – oh yeah, old is better IMO. So glad can still play it in tournament.

Raising my hand to say I’m one who doesn’t like the updated Zingoz Pop game too. Colors are pretty and that’s the only thing I like. It used to be fun.
Oh I would enjoy that because I have one or two almost ready to adopt and I can’t seem to be the medallions to finish. It would be so nice if we could choose, I agree. Also, I know you are just alerting the team, I know you love the game. I know you aren’t from US or Canada. Also, thank you for coming back and letting us know the issue is resolved.
I don’t see why everyone is complaining about the new Zingoz Pop. I love the graphics, and even if the trophy is hard to get isn’t it better than no trophy at all? I haven’t done any quick quiests with Zingoz Pop since before they changed so they’re might be a problem there.
Some people resist change, others embrace it. I like this tidied up version.
How do we get the Silver Zingoz Pop Trophy? I used to be able to beat this game, but now I can’t even get past level 15. Do we have to beat the game to get a silver trophy? That will be impossible for me now :( It used to be my go-to relaxing game.
I should add that I don’t think the game is terrible. The colors are beautiful and it is nice to look at. I just miss being able to earn extra lives and I think the game is a little laggy. Some of the levels seem harder now too.

always love anything new–YAY JULY!! I do, however, have one comment regarding the DELUXE challenges: always anything “new” is awesome (and frankly, expected from a paid-for membership)….sooo what’s with the “”prize”" of something we already have sold a ton of cuz we already have all we need. I would vote for one NEW prize is fine, or if the need is felt for an additional prize, make it something like a food item, also new! that would be a true DELUXE incentive!!! ;) (hint:) best always, k.
It is in big red printing in the middle of this page, UPDATE: The Pet Medallion 5 Pack can be purchased from the SPREE mall but currently it cannot be opened (by dragging it into your pet’s room). We are working on fixing this issue and will update when the fix has been made.
It is, very much so. I know we were all annoyed by the inconvenience. But they did address it quickly.
I’m stuck on a daily quest in the Adventure Park because it doesn’t recognize the new “improved” Zingoz Pop, which is part of the quest. When can we expect this to be fixed? It’s very frustrating.
I would Email webkinzsupport@ganz.com and describe your problem. I have done this several times in the past with glitches in the older challenges and quests. I’ve never had to wait longer than 48 hours to get help with a request, except if it’s a weekend. Best Wishes!
Where are the observatory walls and floors? Weren’t they supposed to come out with this update?
