Please fix the sliding dock in the new app version. I don’t know about the Windows one, but on iOS, every time you take anything out of the dock, it slides back to the beginning. VERY frustrating! Help!

I can not get on the FREE PRIZES game. I have 4 different ones and I can not get on any of them. Are they down for a fix up ? Just thought I would let you know they are NOT working.

having fun playing the old version in tournament – don’t like the new version at all.

I, too, would like to add my voice of dissent with regards to what you’ve done to Zingoz Pop. It’s now sluggish and glitchy. Pretty colours and graphics are useless if the game is unplayable (as it is for me now). And since I can’t abide the Tournament Arena, I guess that’s another game I can no longer enjoy. If you want to tinker around, why not improve SPREE! by getting rid of the pitfalls that steal your hard-earned Mall Credits and only award piddly amounts of KinzCash. Or better yet, how about improving the whole game by giving us an index that will help us locate specific items, or a way to turn off those annoying pet requests, to name a couple? I’m all for embracing change when it’s for the better. This is not. Very disappointed.

I managed to get through level 21 for the first time (finally). If there are 30 levels in the game, why didn’t I get a silver trophy for 20 levels. Shouldn’t it be 10 levels = bronze, 20 levels = silver and 30 levels = gold? I already have a gold trophy for beating the game why would I have to beat the whole game to get a silver one?

I’m thoroughly frustrated with the new Zingoz Pop. It looks pretty, but it is hard to control. Aiming is decidedly “off”. I’ve played about 5 games in a row, and I can’t get past level 20, and I’ve got dozens of trophies from this game before. Quite often I hit a sparkling ball, but didn’t get the power ball, other times the sparkling ball just went away while I was trying to aim at it, instead of after a certain number of shots. Also not happy that you don’t get extra lives anymore. There’s an old saying “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.”

    • Auntruthie309 says:

I’ll add my 2 cents in two and yes, if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. The old version was so much better – at least can play it in tournament area, but I know there is no way I’ll ever get to level 30 in the new game.

      • IamMel says:

Me too. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it. I was thinking all these same things. fix something that needed to be fixed, as another commenter wrote. This wasn’t one of them. It’s pretty, but it’s sluggish. Also the “next” color ball doesn’t show up quickly and until it does it looks like it’s going to be a white or gray ball and that leads to mistakes too. Zingoz Pop slow and frustrating now. I loved the old version. I didn’t know it could also be played in the tournament area. I’ll be heading there next time I want to play this. Again, the new version is pretty, but it was better the old way. Fast, uncomplicated, and it worked properly. Please consider “fixing” or “improving” things that need it. Don’t hinder things that already work well.

  9. Ritzcracker says:

I’ll add my note of disapproval to the new Zingoz Pop. I like the fact that you can control it with the mouse now, but I’m finding it much harder to aim. I also don’t like that there are two different white “bubbles” – some that you can shoot, and some that are “blocks”. Could you make one of them a different color please? I’ve got many, many trophies from this game, but now I can’t complete it. Could you at least please, please, please reinstate the extra lives we could earn?

I just downloaded the new Webkinz desktop app for Mac. Must say I LOVE it — there are just a couple small problems — when you take something out of your dock, the dock slides back to the beginning, which is really annoying. Also, I do wish the actual play screen for the games was a little bigger. I love that the screen is now filled, but at the arcade the window is still small, which makes it difficult for me to play my favorite game — Tile Towers. Other than that, I really like the new app.
