I would like to bring to attention a few possible bugs on Webkinz World: (1) in the Kinzville Academy: I have noticed that while doing the strength class that when the ads update and or change on the side it will affect what happens during the class. As the ads change, during the transition any clicks made are ignored. Also, [this one maybe on me] during this class, I have also noticed that when I release the button [for the meter to go down] that if I am at the top line or near the top line of the upper green zone, I will be counted off as a miss…I think this is more my timing than anything but it gets frustrating. (2) Also In the Arcade, the toolbar menu with the pet, dock, and map, still glitches and gets stuck when it is the collapsed version of its self in the arcade. I have noticed that when playing a game in the arcade, then exiting the game [whether by winning, quitting, or losing] that when the toolbar is down [and it has happened once or twice while in the full version] that the popup button to pull up the toolbar doesn’t work, and ultimately results in me having to log off or close the window entirely [no other function is allowed like playing more games]. (3) At the Curio Shop, when you ask Arte Fact about a rare item, if the time of the rare item has already passed, then when asked the screen freezes any other option in the shop and you are forced to go to a different part of webkinz world. (4) The Webkinz Candy Cane that people received from 2018 Christmas event [don't remember exactly which one--there was many]…I can do nothing with it…can you please remove this item, or allow for possible feeding, placement, or selling of item to clear it out of the dock. Thank you!

Please fix the sliding dock in the new app version. I don’t know about the Windows one, but on iOS, every time you take anything out of the dock, it slides back to the beginning. VERY frustrating! Help!

I can not get on the FREE PRIZES game. I have 4 different ones and I can not get on any of them. Are they down for a fix up ? Just thought I would let you know they are NOT working.

Me too. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it. I was thinking all these same things. fix something that needed to be fixed, as another commenter wrote. This wasn’t one of them. It’s pretty, but it’s sluggish. Also the “next” color ball doesn’t show up quickly and until it does it looks like it’s going to be a white or gray ball and that leads to mistakes too. Zingoz Pop slow and frustrating now. I loved the old version. I didn’t know it could also be played in the tournament area. I’ll be heading there next time I want to play this. Again, the new version is pretty, but it was better the old way. Fast, uncomplicated, and it worked properly. Please consider “fixing” or “improving” things that need it. Don’t hinder things that already work well.

having fun playing the old version in tournament – don’t like the new version at all.
