ItIt miraculously worked today! I didn’t do anything different except enter by way of the sign next to the clubhouse entrance. The popup of the video just disappeared and the park appeared.

Usually I can log out, log in and get into the park. But not so since the update. I also sometimes had to wait for the video (that pops up when you want to go to the park) to start before exiting it and getting into the park. But the video no longer plays. I have tried waiting longer too. I’ll try going there first…May have to reload the app again.

I have also had this issue. I have tried going to the Park first, and going there after going to a few different places, it makes no difference.

Hi k384z, how frustrating for you and your pet. I’m wondering if you have a vehicle in front of the bed that may block your pet from getting out? I’ve had that happen and if that’s the case, tap on the vehicle and your pet will pop in uitand then you can move that away from her bed. Another option is to move any tables, toy trunks or other items that may be near the bed, blocking her, in order for her to get out. Good luck and Happy Holidays!

addictedtowebkinz Sometimes I enter the park and get a blank screen so do the same thing you do log out and then log in.

I don’t know if anyone else is having this issue.. but I can’t get my pet to leave her bed at all, I can still play games and do normal stuff, she just stays in bed. Please help!:(

Anyone else having trouble getting into the park since this update? I also had to redownload the app on my computer even though I’ve had it since it came out. Could be my computer update, but now I can’t get into the park without freezing up the app. ☹️

Thank you Sophie for the rundown of what’s coming. I really am looking forward to the holiday accessories; the slippers and hat. You have been a great Mayor accomplishing so much for us here in Kinzville. I have appreciated all your efforts and maybe you can run again sometime but I definitely will look forward to finding you around town. I am a little nervous with you leaving on Dec 31 when the game transitions over to the no-flash version. Will you be leaving your team in good hands? I hope we will be able to enjoy gaming over the holidays without hiccups.
