I was able to load the Academy and do one of the classes with no problem. If you haven’t quit and relaunched in a while, that might be worth a try. Then restart your computer if it still doesn’t work, and last resort uninstall the app, download a fresh copy from webkinz.com and reinstall.

This is very unrelated, but if anyone on the Ganz team reads this, PLEASE please bring back the cookies and cream guinea pig. I saw it once in the estore on Webkinz classic. Now it’s not even on the Ganz estore either. I love that pet, please consider! <3

Floating leaves showed up too early. They aren't supposed to start until September 20. Log out and back in and they will stop appearing.

Hi! I am having trouble with the floaty leaves! I click on them, but nothing happens. I get no prize.

FYI, this usually happens when you have more than one of the same type of item in a storage box or fridge. When you remove an item that has duplicates in the container, sometimes the remaining items in the storage container or fridge will shift places. Not just move over to compensate for the item you removed, but completely change places with other items. This only happens when you have more than one of the same item stored, and remove one. After the items in the fridge or storage box have all changed places, if you remove one of THOSE items, you’ll get the “ghost items” you’re talking about in your dock. So if I had 2 yellow mustards, right next to each other at the end of a fridge, and I removed one. That first one will be fine in the dock. If the remaining yellow mustard jumped to a completely different location in the fridge (maybe now it’s first, instead of last) and I remove that one, it’ll be a “ghost item.” Because even though it looked like you removed the 2nd yellow mustard, thats not what it really was. When you log out and back in, the real item you removed will show up in your dock instead (Maybe it was actually a ketchup). The way to prevent this from happening is to close the fridge or storage box after you remove one item, then open it again. – Then the items will be back in their correct places, and you won’t have that weird glitch when you remove the 2nd item. – Or just log out and back in :)

HELP! Sorry, didn’t mean to yell, but I need someone in Ganz or on Team Webkinz to please answer my question! I have been getting what I call, “ghost items”, whenever I get a prize on my accounts. It’s usually from a floating prize, be it from a prize box on Webkinz Newz or a prize box on my account. For example: this happened during the floating condiments during the Hot Dog Contest. I would get one ketchup bottle, but would end up with two. When trying to use the ketchup bottle for the recipe, one bottle could not be placed on the stove, yet I could still see the other bottle in the dock. So….I would have to place one bottle in a fridge, then hope the bottle in the dock could be used in the stove. If it didn’t, then I would have to put it into different fridge, and get the one from the other fridge. When I logged out and back in, the “ghost bottle” would be gone. In other words, you can’t tell which item is a “ghost item” and which isn’t, without putting them in separate fridges or wardrobes (if it’s clothing), or…logging out and then logging back in, which I sometimes have to do several times! This problem is now happening with the school bus clothing items that I get from the Webkinz Newz school bus. Is this happening to other players? Can it be fixed? It’s not just a one time thing. It happens on all my accounts, so I’m thinking it’s happening to others. Please fix this! Thank you! :-)

lemony Did you mean the floating school gift boxes are not showing up in your specials catergory? Both the peek-a-newz and school bus boxes are the same except the peek-a-newz box has words on the front and school bus does not.

Just posted that is wasn’t there but it actually is today :) Guess yesterday box is a loss for us
