That error message appears when your submission exceeds the maximum size limit. Try resizing to something smaller and uploading again.

Unrelated, but I’m bummed that the ShareCenter isn’t working for me. I entered some stuff yesterday and it worked fine but today it’s coming up with an “HTTP Error” message. =/
