Yes, today I also got my medallions for both my accounts! I had sent them more e-mails and gave them my login details and apparently they found out what was wrong with the “at cap” thing! I am so happy. So being insistent finally paid off.

I got the same pop up window today. It says “you are at cap for this event”. I tried four different times to click on the floating medallion and it said the same thing every time. Could someone from Webkinz chime in and let me know if this is something you can fix. I am bummed to be missing out on this daily going forward.

I got the same message yesterday, “You are at cap for this event.” I emailed customer support and told them also. Weird.

I got my first daily floating pet medallion today since Oct 25! When I clicked on it, I got a message that said “You are at cap for this event”. I have emailed support to see what this means. Perhaps they need to raise the cap so we can collect more medallions?

Latest development on the missing floaty issue: Yesterday, after I had to send my login details to the support team again, I got a message from them, telling me they found out what’s wrong and they will fix the problem by the end of the day. Yay. However, today, there was in fact a medallion floating across the screen, and when I clicked on it, instead of givine me a medallion, it said “You are at cap for this event”. I tried the app on my phone and it was the same. I sent a screenshot to support, asking them what it means. How about you guys? Did today make any difference?
