Day 3 of getting closed out of Webkinz. The same message that others are getting about not being able to wear a non clothing item. I made it to my 9th pet today before the message popped up.

Hy, i get the same Problem. when I Go Go the pet page. I try to play a game I get a message that my pet can’t wear non clothing items and then I get booted from the game and have to log in again.

Unfortunately, I’ve been having the same issues since the new update. It’s very frustrating to get logged out over and over again. I hope Webkinz is able to fix these issues soon!

@ADSLO1, you are not alone! I logged on to my Webkinz Classic account like normal this morning, but now (7:42PM), I tried to log on and could not get on. I restarted my computer twice and still no luck. GANZ/TEAM WEBKINZ, please PLEASE fix these issues on the desk top Webkinz Classic! I can get on my Webkinz Mobile app with no issues (both android phone and iPad). It’s nice that I can at least get on my mobile Webkinz, but can NOT do any Club House or Daily Activities, or much of anything else when using Webkinz Mobile! Just WHAT is the point of Webkinz Mobile if we can only do a few things? Please update Webkinz Mobile to include The Club House Room and The Kinzville Park, at least! I can’t afford to buy so many ePoints to get the items I will be missing during the Countdown To Christmas! I’m getting tired of spending REAL money on a game that has so many glitches and apparently can’t fix items that used to work! This is not a “my computer” problem, or a “clear your cache” problem, or even a “reboot your computer” problem. This is an issue that your Tech people need to work on and fix! I love playing this game. I don’t even mind spending money on “virtual” items. Like ADSLO1, I don’t want to be locked out of my game and miss out on all the fun Christmas items either! PLEASE help! Thank you! :-)

I’m having a lot of trouble staying logged in on Webkinz Classic. I keep getting error messages and then getting kicked out. Please fix this soon!
