The Summer Citrus ?? Box contains the Wacky Citrus Gumball Dispenser. The bundle deal has the Summer Citrus Patio Plant Dispenser. I’ll pass on that the graphic/list is incorrect — the Summer Citrus Patio Plant Dispenser is not one of the prizes for the Summer Citrus ?? Box

What happened to my previous reply to this where I gave you the link to the page that showed both items where they indeed do appear to be identical? Is this being investigated further? Was an incorrect graphic used for one of these two items, if they actually are not identical? Please advise. Thanks.

For Christmas in July the caption reads that “All players can find up to 3 Candy Canes a day!” We are only seeing one candy cane floaty and then it says we’ve found our 1 for the day. So far on two of our family accounts.

Yes, I have had this issue for years. I have a huge pile of tokens sitting in my dock, since it’s such a pain to put them in the machine. I think it would take me all day.

I just bought the Island Ukulele at Sheldon’s Souvenir Shack. The picture of the item here in this article looks really nice. I wanted one to put on the wall of one of my rooms. However, when I got the Island Ukulele item, I noticed that it was very small, which makes it hard to see the details of the item. Why was this item created to be so small? I don’t mean to fuss, but it seems so small for a wall item. Of course I will keep it and use it in a room, but I doubt I’ll buy another one. I can, and did, use the Zoom Slide at the top of my Webkinz Page, and you can see the cute details of the item much better. It just kind of gets lost on the wall when viewed in its normal size. A little disappointed with the Island Ukulele. :-(

I have had this issue for a few years. The support team has been great to try to fix it, but I still have to use the work around, which is: try to put the token in; while it says ‘please wait’, go to home; log out. It will show up as deposited when you next log in. I put them in at the end of the day right before I log out. This takes a long time if you have more than a few to deposit. Would love to see it fixed.
