Please contact webkinzsupport@ganz.com for assistance with your September box. It can sometimes take a few days at the beginning of the month for the monthly box to appear, so the October one may still show up if this isn’t your renewal month.

I have not gotten my Deluxe Monthly gift for September or October – what is going on? I see it in the Mayour Goobers speech- “In October, Deluxe Members will receive their monthly gift box containing a Deluxe Medallion Gift Box filled with pet medallions, the Farm Fresh Theme Gift Box which you can use to choose an item from the Farm Fresh room theme, a Wish Token—and of course—the month’s special clothing prize: some Candy Capris!”
