You have to go to the Ganz E-Store and purchase another Deluxe Membership. They no longer offer a renewal program. Some of the language in the Deluxe Membership FAQs lead you to believe they do still offer one. They just never updated those.

The Bake sales are nice, but how about a new group of items and bakery. I for one have had enough bakery items and things to be made for a long time! Even if you make more then one of an item these 3 boxes are boring. Help!

VERY DISAPPOINTED about the Magic W Floaters being stopped with the maintenance! We’ve been robbed from our chance to win the other prizes for two more days. :’( Getting the Sweetheart Flower Shop on Valentine’s Day isn’t much of a concession for having the event end two days early. Already have a couple of them, but I kept not getting the candy box.

I’ve been trying to renew my one year deluxe membership. I have emailed Webkinz CS and Ganz Support and I haven’t received an email from them with any adoption information. I was wondering if anyone else is having this issue or if I’m doing something wrong. Thank You
