I have had many items I purchased disappear from my dock. This is unacceptable. You need to do a data integrity review. Why are my PURCHASED Items for REAL money going away?

Can’t log I to my Webkinz app on desktop, tried uninstalling and re installing due to the update. But still nothing. Used windows app and tried 2 different browsers for downloads

The same thing happened to me! My username kept changing, at least 3 times! First I was CourtneyWitch, then I was Abennett0522, then I was Jack555.

Neither of those are my accounts. I have three family member accounts I access. the Karen and Mompup are NOT my accounts. I don’t know who they go to or what the passwords are. I’ve never seen them before in my life. I also didn’t enter any password info for them. They just popped up randomly already signed in. This is why I was concerned.

If you’ve redeemed prizes to your other account, you’ve likely permanently associated that Webkinz World account to this Webkinz Newz account. You can try logging in with your other account by clicking on the Webkinz logo to the left on the login screen and redeeming that way, or you can stay logged out while you do the activity so it prompts you for your Webkinz World username and password.

Getting weirder. I tried to click on the monthly food item–still logged in as rlla14–and it said that KARENC712 successfully got that prize. When I came here to report that, it switched BACK to rlla14. I have screenshots.

Something’s seriously wrong on the Webkinz News site this evening. I keep showing up as logged in as pupcowmom, which is NOT ME (never logged in as that, no clue re any password for that account). I’ve closed the tab, gone back in, try to click the floatie, and it says I’ve already done that event today–as pupcowmom. Couldn’t log out. Tried it two or three times before it told me I wasn’t logged in as anyone, but when I clicked the acorn, it popped up as me (rlla14) again–without me entering any password. Not sure what’s going on. But I think pupcowmom is racking up the ganzworld points tonight.
