Ok so I have played on my Webkiz account within this year but can no longer get on it. i know for a fact it wasn’t supposed to expire until 2021 so……..WHAT HAPPEND TO MY ACCOUNT

The User Agreement says “The User Agreement now also explicitly forbids the sale or trade of any and all virtual items…” Forbids the trade of? It makes no sense. “Forbids the sale of” I understand, but “forbids the trade of…” makes no sense.

You cannot merge the accounts, no, but you just need to log in to that account regularly to keep it active. Depending on when in 2012 you last logged into that account, it may have already been deleted. Inactive accounts were only maintained in the archive for 7 years before being deleted due to privacy laws.

I have an alt with an emperor dragon pet that I haven’t logged onto since 2012. I do not know the email address linked to the account, but I do have the secret code for the pet. Is there a way that I can merge the pet with my main account? I kinda don’t want to lose it.

Yes, you can. If we didn’t want you selling items at the W Shop, that wouldn’t be a feature that was available.
