Why does it work on my iPad? It’s an apple tablet that runs on iOS.

Support told me not to use the red letters/punctuation from the picture banner at the top of this article. That is what was causing the code not to work. Start at the beginning of the actual article, using the red letters from the article only. Also, use all small case letters. Hope this helps everyone who is having issues!

We are unable to add that feature to iOS/MacOS because of Apple's rules.

Ok I was able to send it to my Classic account today, but when I clicked on the option to pay to keep the item in NEXT as well, it didn’t work. That’s ok because I didn’t really intend to use in NEXT as well, but I’m glad to have it on my Classic account. Thanks for the gift, Webkinz :)

Has it been decided that it won’t work on an iPad or iPhone? I have tried ALLCAPS, Firstlettercap, & alllowercase. I am hopeful that it will work soon! Sally Webkinz can you help?

If the code is not working for you, try ALL CAPS. It would work for me on lower case. So I tries all caps and then it worked. :) It’s very cute. TY Ganz

Unfortunately, community codes are only compatible with Windows and Android per request from Apple
