I am not sure where to post this question, so I will try here. I am not trying to sound ingrateful, but how often are the seed packets supposed to be floating? I found one packet over three accounts during the last two days, so I am guessing faster than that? Please let me know if there is something that I can try on my end to get them floating faster so I don’t miss out on all the fun, like I did with most of the Wacky corn. Thanks in advance for any help that you can offer!

I would suggest hanging out in your house. I’ve noticed that when I jump around Webkinz World the seeds get well “cut off”. They won’t float across your screen in the arcade and if you change locations in Webkinz World (i.e. go from the Curio Shop to the Park) as one starts to float, it will disappear and you’ll have to wait for another. I hope this helps!
I dont know if this is true or not but for me they usually start floating after i play a few games in the arcade. Almost like if it cant float then it backs up the system so the moment i get out of a game it starts making the floaty clickys, medallion etc float like crazy. Usually three in a row! I hope this helps!! <3
Hello, Beckinz8–I don’t know if you’re trying this, but I always go through doing my account then if I’ve not seen but 1 floater I sit in the clubhouse and wait for the others. I play games in the game room to pass the time. I hope you have better luck:)
Hi Beckinz8 – I almost always use the mobile app to catch floaties while I do other things. The floaties seem to fall pretty regularly for me using the mobile app.
I find that I can collect them faster if I sit in my garden for awhile.
Hi Beckinz8. Here are my tips. I use a smart phone to go to a pet’s room. Set a timer to “count up” the minutes. You will see a floatie in the 5 to 7 minute range. They can float in many directions and places on the screen. Be careful on what you do in the room. You can use a treadmill, use a trampoline, swim in a pool, sleep in a bed, garden, decorate, or use the WShop. Do NOT open any other popup windows. For example, do NOT use a sink, use a bathtub, cook, send KinzPost messages, or open KinzPost messages. If you do any of these tasks, the floatie will be hidden under the popup window. The programs should be changed to make a better game experience. I start with a pet that has all the heart’s full. Then I ignore all pet requests. Good luck!
A good place to collect any floaties is in the park. You have to wait awhile, but I always get everything. They seem to “float” by about every 5-7 minutes.
Stay in one place ;) collect trash in the park or you can play in the arcade and catch floats :) just open and close the wshop or send a kinzpost, while in the arcade :)
it gets even worse because around the end of the day they start not showing up even after the alotted waiting time of 5-7 mins. sucks because i want some candy apples and it isn’t going to happen when i can’t even get the chance to try

I just wanted to take a moment to thank all of you who replied with so many helpful suggestions. The first thing that I did was clear my cache, because Sally Webkinz often recommends that. Then I tried very hard to stay in one spot (thanks @gingerdare!!) I have a hard time just holding still. I usually select a pet and flit from room to room, doing their daily pet care, clicking on dispensers and harvesting veggies. I seldom sit still and decorate a room or adjust outfits anymore. Waiting is hard, but it definitely seems to help. Thank you to all of you who told me to sit still. Thanks also to Alphaowlbear and everyone who mentioned the mobile app. The floatie clickies do seem to float faster for me on there and in this case, faster is definitely better! Thank you to all of you who help to make the WW community the special helpful place that it is!!!

I am one of those weird girls who loves them and gets really excited when we find one in the yard! My neighbors all shake their heads and run the other way while I am asking, “Which way did it go?!?” LOL!

Thanks @Elizabeth! My mom’s name is Jane, but I would be happy to adopt another mom too! I have always been the creature person, and our family has kept a variety of rodents, frogs, fish, etc. as pets. We are currently contemplating getting a garter snake or an anole (small lizard) as a pet since our last rodent passed away and we are petless at the moment. Not everyone in our family is on-board with this idea, and will need more convincing. Most of my family want a dog, but I am allergic, so they grudgingly chose to keep me instead. LOL!
