I downloaded webkinz classic for my macbook pro and it was working perfectly fine for over a month but randomly stopped a few days ago. I am able to open the app and enter my log in information but then get stuck on the loading page. I have tried deleting and redownloading the app, restarting my computer, and updating my computer but have had no luck.

Please help, I just recently got a HP laptop. I haven’t had a computer in years! I’ve played the webkinz classic for as long as I can remember. I have the app on my IPhone, I’m on it daily. But as soon as I get my laptop I can’t get on Webkinz classic on it. It’s frustrating. I swear I’ve tried everything, even thought there was something wrong with my computer. It runs through Microsoft Windows. I downloaded the app on the app store but it doesn’t give me the option to play the classic. I just want to be able to play. I’ve put a lot of my money into this game because I continue to love it. Just please help. The website isn’t helping.

I have the app downloaded onto my tablet, but every time I click on the download the app hyperlink for my desktop it takes me to the App store to download the mobile version. Is there another way I can find the desktop app? I have tried in Safari and Chrome browsers.

Well I finally got my computer back from the shop (30 days) and they downloaded all new updates and running system but still cannot down the new Webkinz. HELP I followed the instructions and all I get is black and green screens
Are you referring to Webkinz Classic’s desktop app? What kind of computer are you running?
I have both the app version & the desktop version of Webkinz classic! I’ve used the app before about a year ago, & I don’t recall any issues; I was also able to access the desktop version easily. However, I recently attempted to login to my account on both versions, and it doesn’t recognise any password I use. I’m not sure if my account was either archived, or that my account was deleted once Adobe shut down Flash. (Hopefully not the latter!) I know I was able to login and play Webkinz classic a couple months ago, but now I can’t access it! Please help!
Accounts are no longer archived and Flash’s shut down has no effect on Webkinz World accounts. If you logged in a couple of months ago, your account is still there. Please contact webkinzsupport@ganz.com for assistance

Can you describe what happens?
The only thing I like about the new download is the size of the dock. There is a lot of wasted space and the games appear to be much smaller than they were in the original version. Is there any way to make the games bigger! I can barely see them. You have tons of unused space to put the ads back in or make the games bigger!! I played the old version until today when they wouldn’t let me. PLEASE make the games bigger!
I cannot download the app! All i get is a black screen! I have tried multi times and the same black blank screen appears! HELP!
You can’t download, or you can’t install? Please list step by step what happens.
It wont allow me to do either – just a black screen. I drag the icon over to the empty box and then the screen goes black
Well now it lets me log in but I get a green screen and then it goes to black
Step 1: Uninstall Webkinz. Step 2: Visit webkinz.com and download either the Mac or Windows version, as applicable. Step 3: Double click the installer in your Downloads folder or wherever it got saved to to install it. Step 4. Look for the short cut on your Desktop or Start menu (or in your Applications folder for the Mac) and run from there.

I’m sorry, I don’t understand what you mean by “they” — the computer? If this is a shared computer at a library, they may have restrictions. If you’re using a chromebook, it’s not compatible. Some anti-virus software prevents the installation of Webkinz Classic, so you may have to add it to the anti-virus’s white list.
Does anyone else hate the tournament arena as much as I do? For the January challenge, if anyone wants to take turns “throwing games away” so we can help each other win the Winterfest cookies and bookshelf prize, let me know! My username is kmkotas. I cannot win this tournament to save my life lol let alone THREE times! Hope I’m not alone. I would be happy to let someone else beat me even though you won’t even have to try haha
I sure wish the full Webkinz Classic was available on the mobile app as not everyone has a desktop or laptop that’s compatible – my older desktop computer OS cannot update anymore. That’s why I didn’t renew my Deluxe membership :(
I feel the same. I don’t have a computer that can run the new webkinz classic. I am looking into buying a used laptop just so I can still play. I am hoping that they do update webkinz classic to be played on the mobile version.
