Hi, I can no longer find the microsoft download link for classic. the microsft store only has the new version and not classic. Does anyone know where to find the new download link?

Unfortunately, many antivirus software incorrectly flag Webkinz as a virus. You will need to add Webkinz to the program's white list or equivalent.

I have a Dell laptop and was recently trying to download Webkinz again because I have not been on in a while. I am able to download the app from the Webkinz website, however, my computer thinks that Webkinz is some sort of virus and I cannot even open the app. Do you have any tips to solve this issue?

I downloaded webkinz classic for my macbook pro and it was working perfectly fine for over a month but randomly stopped a few days ago. I am able to open the app and enter my log in information but then get stuck on the loading page. I have tried deleting and redownloading the app, restarting my computer, and updating my computer but have had no luck.

I’m sorry, I don’t understand what you mean by “they” — the computer? If this is a shared computer at a library, they may have restrictions. If you’re using a chromebook, it’s not compatible. Some anti-virus software prevents the installation of Webkinz Classic, so you may have to add it to the anti-virus’s white list.

Please help, I just recently got a HP laptop. I haven’t had a computer in years! I’ve played the webkinz classic for as long as I can remember. I have the app on my IPhone, I’m on it daily. But as soon as I get my laptop I can’t get on Webkinz classic on it. It’s frustrating. I swear I’ve tried everything, even thought there was something wrong with my computer. It runs through Microsoft Windows. I downloaded the app on the app store but it doesn’t give me the option to play the classic. I just want to be able to play. I’ve put a lot of my money into this game because I continue to love it. Just please help. The website isn’t helping.
