So now they won’t respond either? That makes me very unhappy. I expect better service than that for all I spend on this site. Any response Ganz/Webkinz Staff? Sally Webkinz, Michael Webkinz, Steven Webkinz, Mandy Webkinz???? Any staff member?

Yeah when they got rid of the room prematurely because it was so badly designed (hard to reach the one square where she’d give you reward, tornadoes would block access) they didn’t bother to get rid of or correct the ads.

Please respond Sally Webkinz. Also, there is no Daily Deal listed for today. I’ve checked at different times today and nothing has been listed for today’s Daily Deal. Will we be offered 2 items tomorrow due to nothing being listed for today? Thanks for responding to both questions. :)

The advertisement in Webkinz World states that we can visit Sophie in the Wiz Kinz Room from Sept. 21 – Nov. 22, 2016. How can we do that when the Wiz Kinz Room has been removed and Sophie is not in any other room in the Clubhouse either? Sally Webkinz or Michael Webkinz or other staff member, please advise. Thanks.

The room has been missing for me too – ever since they put in the sugar plum sparkle room. Love that room too – miss the emerald candy!
